Founded in 2009 in Beijing, Yabin Dance Studio was designed to produce repertoire and programs featuring dance, drama and other theatrical productions. It’s also a training platform where the Chinese dancer, Yabin Wang, works with others to teach and train students and professional dancers.

Yabin & Her Friends is the name of the annual dance platform for which Yabin and her collaborators create new dance performances across disciplinary boundaries. For the 2013 edition of Yabin & Her Friends, Yabin Wang collabo­rates with Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui.
