Luca Scaduto
Luca Scaduto was born in the occidental coast side of Sicily, Italy.
He started his professional dance training in 2013. He graduated in 2015 with the ISTD Imperial Classical Ballet Advanced 2 Level Diploma in Professione Danza Parma, and since 2019 he has been an official member of the ISTD Imperial Classical Ballet Teachers.
He has earned experience as a dancer with European contemporary choreographers, such as Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Damien Jalet, Fouad Boussouf, Ivan Alboresi, Douglas Lee, Patricia Apergi, Gustavo Ramirez, Asun Noales, Ricardo Fernando, Michele Merola, Diego Tortelli, being part of the following companies: Agora Coaching Project, Valencia Dancing Forward, Fondazione Teatro Regio di Parma, EgriBiancoDanza, HNK Split Balet / Croatian National Theater Split - Ballet, Tanz Ensemble Theater Ulm, Ballett der Theater Nordhausen/Loh-Orchester Sondershausen, and Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève.
To keep his career versatile and dynamic, he also was a performer in the Costa Cruise Line Ensemble, in the BSMT musical production West Side Story, and in La Cage Aux Folle at Theater Ulm.
In addition, with his own choreographic creations, he was part of the following events: Linkage - International Choreographic Competition - among the 12 finalists, The International Contemporary Dance Festival of Mexico City, FIDCDMX, Dance Days Chania - International Contemporary Dance Festival, Ballett Gala 20/21 by Ballett der Theater Nordhausen/Loh-Orchester Sondershausen, Craft Choreography Wien 2020, Ballet Ensemble Theater Ulm Season’s Productions Company in Motion, and La Danza Art Site Fest.
At the moment, he is working for Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève and for Eastman - Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui as a dancer. At the same time, he is experimenting with his attitude toward ballet training and choreography.
